Basic Job Functions:
i. Leadership of the operation team.
ii. Management of branch operations to ensure the smooth running of branches
iii. Maintaining the required number of staff and ensuring customer retention.
iv. Maintaining an acceptable portfolio at risk as per company standards
v. Contribute to strategic business plan
v. Innovative, to keep the business competitive.
- Education: Minimum of Bachelor Degree in a Business related field from any recognized university.
- Proven working experience of at least two years.
- Excellent functional skills
