Area Sales/Marketing Manager
POSITION: AREA SALES/MARKETING MANAGER
LOCATION: DAR-ES-SALAAM, TANZANIA
AREA COVERAGE: DAR ES SALAAM-MOROGORO-DODOMA-MBEYA-IRINGA-MTWARA-LINDI
REPORTING TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR, GENERAL MANAGER, FINANCE MANAGER, HR & ADMIN SUPERVISOR
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration with a focus on Sales/Marketing
- Minimum 3 Years Work Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry ( wine specific if feasible)
- Familiarity with relevant sales software technology
- Outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sharp negotiations and business acumen skills
- Team Player
- Well-developed leadership skills
RESPONSIBLE FOR: SALES ASSISTANT KEY ACCOUNTS
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To establish Yearly Sales Target & Budget For entire Sales Team
- To set-up & establish Yearly Marketing Budget For the Region & Plan of Activities & Promotions
- To Set Up KPI’s for individual Sales Team members & Merchandisers
- To Manage & Appraise Sales Team & Merchandisers
- Actively solicit door to door sales with Hotels, Lodges, Hunting Outfitters, Camps, Top Restaurants & Bars
- Actively carry out trainings with FB staff of potential clients and existing clients
- Plan activations/promotions in market segment of hotels/restaurants/lodges/camps & top end bars

AREA COVERAGE: ARUSHA/KARATU/MANYARA/NGRORONGORO/SERENGETI/MOSHI
REPORTING TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR, GENERAL MANAGER, FINANCE MANAGER, HR & ADMIN SUPERVISOR
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sales/Marketing

- To set-up & establish Yearly Marketing Budget For Key Accounts-Hotels/Lodges Restaurants/Hunting Outfitters/Top End Bars/
- To Set Up KPI’s for Self in your market segment with General Manager & Finance Manager
- Actively solicit door to door sales with Hotels, Lodges, Hunting Outfitters, Camps, Top Restaurants & Bars
- Actively carry out trainings with FB staff of potential clients and existing clients
- Plan activations/promotions in market segment of hotels/restaurants/lodges/camps & top end bars
- Travel extensively to National Parks to seal deals
